What is Change 100?
Change 100 is a transformative programme that connects talented individuals with inclusive employers. It provides paid internships, guidance on workplace adjustments, and access to professional development and mentoring. The goal is to remove barriers and empower you to succeed.
Who is eligible?
To apply to Change 100, you must:
- Identify as having a disability of a long-term condition under the Equality Act 2010.
- Be in your penultimate or final year of university-level study or have graduated within the last five years.
- Have the right to work in the UK during the internship period.

Who is Change 100 for?
Change 100 welcomes applicants with a wide range of conditions, including:
- Neurodivergent conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD
- Mobility and sensory impairments
- Long-term health conditions such as IBS, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, epilepsy, chronic fatigue
- Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, anorexia

Online Events
Throughout the application period, the Change 100 team is hosting events to share more about the application process, the internship experience, and tips for success. These events are designed to support you every step of the way, and anyone can join.

What the selection process looks like
You’ll complete an online application that is in two parts: an initial application, which requires your CV, followed by additional questions to answer.
The application process is designed to be inclusive and supportive. Change 100 provides ongoing support and guidance throughout your application.

We review applications, and the Professional Development Programme starts.
We shortlist you to internships based on location, interests, and skills. We will meet you during this time to discuss opportunities.
You’ll be invited to submit a tailored cover letter for suitable roles and we’ll then support you through the employer’s inclusive recruitment process.
