That’s why each Leonard Cheshire home is unique, and provides the support that’s right for the people who live there. Personalised support helps to make sure everyone can live as independently as they choose.

In the town of Gerrards Cross in South Buckinghamshire, Chiltern House is home for 22 adults with physical disabilities. There are shops, banks and restaurants nearby to enjoy, as well as great places for days out including Burnham Beeches, Windsor and Eton.

This is a safe and friendly place to live, with high quality care. The team is dedicated and experienced, especially in supporting people with cerebral palsy, brain injuries or multiple sclerosis. They will make sure your needs are understood and met – all with the greatest privacy and respect. Physiotherapy is also available to support your health and wellbeing.

Live here and you’ll be supported to be independent, healthy and active. There’s something for everyone and our great team of staff and volunteers run individual and group activities, including gardening and cooking. So whatever your interests, from keeping fit to being creative, there’s always something to get involved in.
