That’s why each Leonard Cheshire home is unique, and provides the support that’s right for the people who live there. Personalised support helps to make sure everyone can live as independently as they choose.

In the peaceful suburb of Penge in South East London, Maple House is home for five adults with learning disabilities. Shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a library are all nearby and there are plenty of local attractions including Crystal Palace Sports Centre and the Horniman Museum. We’re only a short train journey from central London.

This is a safe and friendly place to live, with high quality care. The team is dedicated and experienced, and will make sure your needs are understood and met – all with the greatest privacy and respect.

Live here and you’ll be supported to be independent, healthy and active. There’s something for everyone and our great team of staff and volunteers run individual and group activities, including creative writing and gardening. So whatever your interests, from keeping fit to being creative, there’s always something to get involved in.
