Change 100 internships

Since 2012, Change 100 has helped hundreds of disabled people access life-changing employment opportunities with hundreds of inclusive employers. 

From 15 November 2025, Change 100 will be run by Ability Pathways (CIC), owned by Ingeus – a leading provider of employment and skills programmes with over 30 years of experience. This transition ensures the programme continues to grow and deliver even greater impact for disabled talent and inclusive employers. 

Our Impact

 

  • In 2024/25 we worked with employers to arrange 131 internships. 
  • These placements took place at organisations such as Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), BBC, NHS, the Royal Society of Chemistry, Coca-Cola and Louis Vuitton.


Influencing Change

In 2023/24, Change 100 alumni shared their experiences of transitioning from education to employment with a House of Lords inquiry. 
 
These opportunities, in November 2023 and March 2024, allowed alumni to: 

  • Provide positive examples of what works. 
  • Highlight improvements needed to increase employment opportunities for disabled people.
