Who we support

We’re a specialist provider delivering person-centred care. Every resident has their own person-centred plan. So the support we provide to our resident reflects who they are and what matters to them.

Our residents have a wide range of physical disabilities, sensory impairments and/or long-term health conditions, such as:

  • Acquired brain injury (ABI)
  • cerebral palsy
  • muscular dystrophy
  • learning disabilities
  • multiple sclerosis (MS)

At Chipstead Lake, I have been able to develop meaningful relationships. I have been living here for 30 years and have enjoyed every moment with no dull day. I have my own independence here and often go fishing on the local lake, visit my local pub as well as manage a bar for residents to drink and socialise. It's great fun!
