The Great North Run takes place within Newcastle, Gateshead and South Shields and is the world's biggest and best-loved half marathon. We're thrilled to be donning our running shoes and taking on the iconic run again in 2025.

Our 2025 roster is now full, but we will happily add you to our 2026 waitlist.

Catherine growing up wanted to be a concert pianist and competed internationally in music until her chronic illness forced her to rethink her priorities and goals. Thanks to our Change 100 programme, she is now looking forward to a career in software engineering.
