Who we support
We support disabled adults of all ages to live their lives to the full.
Our team provides personalised support for each resident. Everyone has a person-centred plan (PCP), which is updated as required. We take time to understand the key things that matter to everyone living here.
We know that people’s conditions are just one part of their lives, affecting people in different ways. In case it is useful for prospective residents to know, we assist people with a range of impairments including:
- Physical conditions
- Physical + neurological conditions, such as cerebral palsy + multiple sclerosis
- Learning disabilities, some associated with people’s neurological condition
- Strokes
I enjoy going on adventures to lots of places and the staff make me happy.

What support we provide
We offer all forms of personal care and mobility support. We have dedicated support workers and an expert nursing team. We support people to be as independent as possible.
There is full wheelchair access throughout the single-story building. Most bedrooms have an en suite wetroom bathroom and a ceiling track hoist. We have freshly prepared meals and offer assistance at mealtimes as required, catering for full range of dietary needs. We support people to get out and about and access the local community.
I enjoy having the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, whilst working in a happy environment with lovely people.
