Our centres aims to build confidence and develop skills and capabilities to facilitate a smoother transition to adulthood and leading a more independent life. You can find us in Barrow-in-Furness and Kendal.

We welcome and support disabled and non-disabled young people to participate in the clubs to help break down barriers and attitudes towards disability.

You can take part in a varied programme of fun, stimulating and rewarding activities that are decided and driven by the interests of the young people themselves.

Activities are delivered both at the respective club locations and also within the local community. In the past activities, have included swimming, arts and crafts, cooking, archery, go-karting, climbing and indoor caving.
