What is Change 100?
Change 100 is our flagship programme of paid summer internships, professional development and mentoring.
Alongside your paid internship, Change 100 provides support and guidance in sharing your disability and identifying and requesting workplace adjustments.
It's also an opportunity to develop a peer network of fellow Change 100 participants, as well as accessing a wide ranging alumni community.

Who is eligible?
To apply to Change 100 you must:
- Consider yourself to have a disability or long-term condition as defined in the Equality Act 2010.
- Be in your penultimate or final year of university level study, or have graduated within the last five years.
- Have the right to work in the UK for a summer.

Who is Change 100 for?
Change 100 is for talented students and graduates with disabilities or long-term conditions including:
- Neurodivergent conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia,
autism, ADHD. - Mobility impairments.
- Sensory impairments.
- Long-term conditions such as IBS, diabetes, Crohn’s disease,
epilepsy, chronic fatigue. - Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar,
OCD, anorexia.

Change 100 has given me a lot, even in terms of just applying to jobs. I can tell myself that I don’t have to exist on the fringes. I’ve proven to myself and others that I can do this. Going forward, I’ll have a lot more confidence, which is something I struggled with in the past.

Application form
You will need to complete an online application between 3 September 2024 and 21 November 2024. This will be in two parts, an initial application which needs to include your CV, followed by additional questions to answer.

Our Process
After all applications are in, our Change 100 team will conduct online calls with candidates. Candidates will then be shortlisted based on your location, industry preferences, and skills. We will then invite you to write cover letters for the employers we think are suitable for you. The information you shared through your application will be shared with the employer.
Employers will interview a pool of candidates, supported by our Change 100 guidance to make it a supportive recruitment process.
