How to get here

Regular buses to Loughborough, as well as our 2 minibuses ensure the service is well connected. While there is a train station nearby, it does not have step-free access. Who we support

The service has full wheelchair access, with a lift and ceiling hoists connecting each bedroom to its en suite bathroom. Circling the building is a paved path which leads to a courtyard adorned with flower beds maintained by both staff and residents at King Street.

Inside the service, you’ll find our communal kitchen, as well as a wheelchair-accessible training kitchen, where residents enjoy learning to cook and bake. Our activities workers are present from Monday to Saturday to assist our residents in enjoying our activities room, as well as accompanying residents on regular trips out of the service. Our highly trained and stable team of staff provide various levels of care depending on residents’ needs.

If you’re a working-age adult looking for a high level of independence, wheelchair accessibility, communication support and assistive technology, then King Street is the perfect fit for you.

I love it at King Street; everyone is so loving and the staff are what make it special. I would not want to live anywhere else.
